We are in Sardinia!!

Hi everybody, we have been in Sardinia for a week now. We are enjoying camping on the beaqches and getting lots of sun! We have visited lots of nuraghes (ancient neolithic villages) and other stuff. We really like the beaches. We are heading for the TUNA coast island, and also, we rented a car so now we can visit EVERYTHING! Sorry, no pics at the moment. . . .

We arrived in London

We got into London this morning at about 8:00am. The flight was BAD! Me and Nicole both got sick! It was the first time ever!
But soon after we landed, everything was better, and we headed off into the city on the "U," or The Underground, London's metro. It is very expensive. Everything is very expensive!!! So we are happy to be leaving tomarrow to Sardinia, even if we have to wake up at 4:00am to catch our flight!

We're Leaving!!!

Yay! The day has finally come, and we are leaving to O'Hare in just a few hours. We are all excited!
We will first be arriving in London. There we will spend a day, before we fly off to Sardinia on Tuesday morning.

We will not be able to go on the internet while in Sardinia, so you will not hear from us for about two weeks.

Flowers

Today I am going to pick out my wedding flowers. I really have no idea what I want except that they have to be in season, so that they won't be expensive. I don't want anything really traditional. I would like whites, yellows, reds, and oranges. Hmmm. . . I wonder what I'll end up getting. I hope it won't be expensive!!!

Today we also have to move on with the packing for our trip. I went to Micheal's a found luggage tags on clearance for only 50 cents! I also got two Saduko game books for the times we will be bored on the trains and planes.

Starting to pack. . .

We are now starting to pack. We have only one week exactly, to the hour, until we will be leaving to the airport!
We prepared lots of little bags to help organize our backpacks, and we went shopping for all the last minute stuff which we will need. Hopefully we aren't forgetting anything important!

For the next 3 months, we will be travelling, roaming, exploring, and walking
through the farthest reaches on earth. (Well, not so in the begining of our trip, but for the most of it, anyway.)
Our itinerary includes:
ENGLAND:
London, the Cotswalds, the Lake District, Hadrien's Wall, Avebury Stone Circle, the "Barns"
ITALY:
The island of Sardinia; Cala Ganone to Cala Luna and where ever else the trail takes us. . . and next. . ?
SWEDEN:
A short stay in Stockholm where we catch the ferry to. . .
FINLAND:
Hop to the Aland Islands, a large archipeligo group where we will sea kayak through the mazes of islands, sail to Helsinki, ride a train to Rovaniemi, cross deep into the arctic circle to Kilpisjarvi where we hike the Finland section of the Nordkalottleden Trail, explore Tromso and its surrounding fjords, basking under the midnight sun. . .
RUSSIA:
Follow the murder route in "Crime & Punishment" in St. Petersburg, explore Moscow, take the trans-siberian railroad to Irkutsk, Lake Baikal, the deepest
cleanest oldest lake in the world, raft down the river Kitoy, and help build the Great Baikal Trail with a final hike to the "Holy Nose"
LATVIA:
Catch a flight back to London. . . .
